The Challenge
Pro Tiler Tools, a family-run business in Northamptonshire, had outgrown their existing warehouse following 15 years of sustained growth. With a diverse range of tile fixing products and accessories, they needed a tailored racking solution for their new, larger facility. The primary concern was lead time, as their team faced pressure to vacate the old site and complete the stock transfer before the lease expired.
The Solution
Nene designed and delivered a mixed pallet racking solution to suit the client’s varied inventory, combining heavy duty, light duty, and double deep configurations. The system included full rack protection, vertical divider bays, and a combination of mesh and timber decking across all levels. Working to a tight schedule, Nene supplied, delivered, and installed the complete solution ahead of deadline, allowing Pro Tiler Tools two extra days to complete their stock transfer before the Christmas break.
