Encon/Nevill Long – Thetford
The Challenge
Encon/Nevill Long needed a complete storage solution for their new facility in Thetford, with capacity to handle a wide variety of products including palletised goods, long items, and shelved stock. In addition, they required external mesh fencing and traffic management to separate yard activity and ensure safe site operations.
The Solution
Building on a previous successful collaboration, Nene Warehouse Solutions used the same trusted racking specifications and created a new layout designed to maximise space and functionality. Galvanised cantilever racking was installed externally to house non-standard stock, while standard cantilever racking, pallet racking, and shelving were fitted inside to support diverse inventory requirements. To complete the solution, mesh fencing and traffic barriers were installed to safely segregate the yard area. All materials were delivered within six weeks, with full installation completed in just three days, allowing the client to launch their new site without delay.
