The Solution

Nene moved fast, coordinating directly with Castore’s third-party logistics partner within 24 hours of initial contact. After visiting our Northamptonshire HQ and reviewing proposed plans, we identified that our £2 million stockholding could supply 30% of the required racking immediately, dramatically reducing lead time. Within 10 days, our Turnkey team was on-site conducting a full survey, identifying key challenges including low-hanging fans, unsuitable lighting, and obstructions affecting layout. We redesigned the APR plan accordingly and took on full CDM site management, offering a complete Turnkey solution. Alongside the racking and a tailored Pallite Pix pick system, we delivered electrical disconnections, HVAC removals, fire alarm upgrades, a forklift charging station, new security fencing, canteen and toilet refurbishments, signage, waste management, and more. The project was completed on time, with zero health and safety incidents, and Castore moved in as planned.
