Agilitas IT Solutions
The Challenge
Following sustained growth, Agilitas IT Solutions relocated to a new facility directly across from their previous site. To make the most of the new space, the client needed a storage solution that would maximise pallet positions within a unit constrained by low ceiling height. The challenge was to optimise every square metre while ensuring compatibility with Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) handling equipment.
The Solution
Nene designed a bespoke VNA racking layout to fit the dimensions of the site, working around the 1200mm wide by 1800mm high restrictions and ensuring full compatibility with a Toyota wire-guided VNA truck. Close coordination with the electrical team ensured all new lighting and bench power supplies were correctly positioned. The final system delivered six VNA racking lanes, fully utilising the available height. Nene also installed wire mesh partitioning and custom operational benches at the aisle ends, providing a complete, efficient storage and workflow solution tailored to the client’s growth plans.
