The Challenge
Agilitas IT Solutions, a market leader in hardware supply for datacentre, network, and workplace environments, approached Nene to support their warehouse expansion. Due to ongoing growth, they needed to maximise pallet space while also preparing the layout for future scalability and operational flexibility.
The Solution
Nene developed a tailored layout using detailed CAD drawings, closely aligned with the client’s brief. The final design included a long run of combined pallet racking and pick storage, supported by a smaller section of 600mm deep pick racking fitted with bespoke mesh decks. These were sourced quickly through Nene’s established supply chain. Bespoke operational benches were also installed at the end of the racking aisles to support day-to-day tasks. All works were completed to the client’s timeline, with Nene managing supply, delivery, and installation using a SEMA-accredited team. The solution delivered immediate operational improvements and laid a strong foundation for future growth.
